The Dallas Accelerator Program will leverage educational resources to support small business growth and capacity building to solidify the stability in the market.  The City of Dallas has selected three program operators: Business & Community Leaders (BCL) of Texas, the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Our Mission

The Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce advocates for the development and welfare of Black-owned businesses in North Texas. We actively enhance business opportunities for our members through referrals, partnerships, and educational seminars, while focusing on economic development, education, and tourism.

Black Business Bootcamps

The Black Business Bootcamp is our dynamic program crafted to empower Black business owners through a blend of virtual and in-person workshops. This initiative unites industry professionals, seasoned CEOs, and local business leaders to provide targeted training and networking opportunities tailored specifically for Black entrepreneurs. Our mission is to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and connections essential to thrive in today’s competitive business landscape.
